    Train

    From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line towards Yamato-Saidaiji. Get off at the Hase Station (it takes about 40 minutes). Once you arrive at Hase Station, exit the station and turn left. Follow the road straight for about 15 minutes, and you will reach Hasedera Temple, which is well-signposted.

    From Nara Station, head to the bus terminal located next to the station. Take the Nara Kotsu Bus (No. 72 or 73) bound for Hase-ji. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the Hasedera Temple bus stop, and the temple entrance will be just a short walk away.
