From Kobe Station, take the Port Liner (a light rail service) to the Nakanoshima Station. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you exit at Nakanoshima Station, follow the signs to Nakanoshima Park.

After exiting Nakanoshima Station, head towards Nakanoshima Park. As you walk through the park, look for the signs directing you to the Hyōgo-no-tsu Museum. The museum is located at 2 Chome-2-1 Nakanoshima, Hyogo Ward, which is about a 10-minute walk from the station.
