After approximately 30 minutes of driving, take the exit for 'Kobe' and merge onto the Kobe Route (Harima Expressway). Continue on this route for about 10 kilometers (approximately 15 minutes), then take the exit for 'Kobe East'. Once you exit, merge onto Prefectural Route 21, following signs for Kitasakasegawacho. After around 5 minutes, you will arrive at Nofukuji located at 1-39 Kitasakasegawacho, Hyogo Ward, Kobe. Parking is available nearby, and it may cost around 500 yen for a few hours.
