Public Bus
Start your journey from Sapporo Station. Head to the 'Sapporo Bus Terminal' which is located just next to the station. Look for the bus service to 'Lake Shikotsu' or 'Shikotsukoonsen'. Buses run regularly, typically every hour. The trip will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the most accurate timings. Once you arrive at the Shikotsukoonsen bus stop, follow the signs to the hot spring, which is within a short walking distance.

Train and Bus Combination
From Sapporo Station, take the JR Chitose Line train towards Chitose. Get off at the Chitose Station (approximately a 30-minute ride). After arriving at Chitose Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the bus terminal. There, catch a bus heading to 'Lake Shikotsu' or 'Shikotsukoonsen'. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. When you arrive at the Shikotsukoonsen bus stop, the hot spring is a short walk away.
