From Sapporo Station, take the JR Chitose Line towards Chitose. Trains run approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Get off at Chitose Station.

After exiting Chitose Station, head to the bus terminal located just outside the station. Take the Hokkaido Chuo Bus bound for Shikotsuko Onsen (approximately 40 minutes). Ensure to check the bus schedule for the latest times and frequencies.

Walking
Once you arrive at Shikotsuko Onsen bus stop, follow the signs towards Shikotsu-Tōya National Park. The entrance to the park is within walking distance (about 10-15 minutes) from the bus stop. You will walk along a scenic path leading to the park entrance.
