If you're traveling by car, head towards Kanonji City in Kagawa Prefecture. From Takamatsu, take the Takamatsu Expressway and exit at Kanonji. Follow Route 11 south and then take Route 319 towards Onoharacho. After approximately 15 kilometers, you will see signs for Honen Pond Dam. The dam is located at Onoharacho Tanono, Kanonji, Kagawa 769-1623. Parking is available near the dam.

For those using public transportation, take a train to Kanonji Station. From Takamatsu, you can take the JR Yosan Line to Kanonji Station. Once you arrive at Kanonji Station, exit the station and catch a local bus bound for Onoharacho. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Honen Pond Dam, then walk for about 1 kilometer to reach the dam. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as the frequency may vary.
