There is parking available near the shrine, but be prepared for a short hike up to the shrine itself.

For those using public transportation, take a train from Takamatsu Station to Kanonji Station on the Yosan Line (approximately 1.5 hours). From Kanonji Station, you can take a local bus towards Takaya Shrine, which may take about 30 minutes. Alternatively, consider taking a taxi from Kanonji Station directly to the shrine, which will be more convenient but will incur a higher cost (approximately 2000-3000 yen). Ensure to check the bus schedule in advance to avoid long waiting times.
