If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Tajima and head towards Route 9. Follow Route 9 southbound for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction with Route 358. Take Route 358 towards the east. After about 10 km, you will see signs for Karasuyama Park. Turn onto Kitakarasuyama 1 Chome and follow the road until you arrive at the park's entrance. Parking is available at the park, but be aware that some areas may have a parking fee, which typically ranges from 500 to 1000 yen.

To reach Karasuyama Park using public transportation, first make your way to Tajima Station. From Tajima Station, take the JR Line to Setagaya Station (approximately 40 minutes). Once you arrive at Setagaya Station, exit the station and look for the bus stop for the local bus service. Take the bus number 01, which goes directly to Karasuyama Park. The bus ride will take around 20 minutes. The bus fare is approximately 300 yen. Upon arrival at the park bus stop, you will see the park entrance just a short walk away.
