If you're driving from central Tajima, take Route 9 heading north towards Yokohama. Follow the signs for Route 1, which will lead you directly to Yokohama. Once you reach the city, look for signs directing you to Naka Ward. The park is located at ２３０ Yamatecho, Naka Ward, which is approximately 4 kilometers from the center of Yokohama. There are parking facilities available nearby, but be aware that parking may incur a fee, typically ranging from 200 to 500 yen per hour.

Public Transportation
To reach Yamate Park via public transportation, start at the nearest train station in Tajima, which is likely Tajima Station. Take the JR Tōkaidō Line towards Yokohama Station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Yokohama Station, transfer to the Minatomirai Line and take the train towards Motomachi-Chūkagai Station, which is about a 5-minute ride. From Motomachi-Chūkagai Station, walk approximately 15 minutes to the park, following the signs to Naka Ward and then to Yamatecho. Ensure to have some coins ready for the train fare, which should be around 500 yen.
