If you're starting from Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line towards Shibuya. After two stops, get off at Yurakucho Station. Transfer to the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line and ride one stop to Ginza-Icchome Station. From there, exit the station and walk about 5 minutes towards Amazakeyokocho. Head northwest on Ginza St. towards Chuo Dori St. Turn left at the first intersection onto Chuo Dori St. Continue walking until you reach Nihonbashiningyocho, then turn right. Amazakeyokocho will be on your left.

From Shinjuku Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line towards Ikebukuro. Get off at Otemachi Station (7 stops). Transfer to the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line and ride towards Nakano. Get off at Nihonbashi Station (2 stops). Take Exit B2 and walk northeast on Nihonbashi Dori towards Nihonbashiningyocho. Turn left onto Nihonbashiningyocho, and Amazakeyokocho will be on your right.
