Train
If you're starting from Shinjuku Station, take the JR Chuo Line (Rapid) towards Tokyo Station. Ride for about 14 minutes and get off at Tokyo Station. Transfer to the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and head towards Ikebukuro. Get off at the next stop, which is Otemachi Station. From Otemachi Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line and take the train towards Nishi-Funabashi. Get off at the next stop, which is Nihombashi Station.

From Nihombashi Station, take Exit A3 and walk towards the Ginza area. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with the main road. Turn right at the intersection and continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the Asakusa area. Look for signs pointing to Asakusa Station on the Toei Asakusa Line.
