If you are in the nearby Nihonbashi area, you can walk to Hamachō Park. Start at the Nihonbashi Bridge, head east on Nihonbashi Hamacho Street, and continue straight until you reach the park. It should take about 15 minutes.

From the nearby Ginza area, you can take a bus. Board the Toei Bus at Ginza Station (Bus Stop B) and take the bus number 12 towards Kachidoki. Get off at Hamachō Park stop. The park will be right in front of you.
