If you are driving from central Hitachi, head south on Route 6 towards Mito. After about 30 kilometers, merge onto the Joban Expressway (E6). Continue on the expressway for approximately 60 kilometers, then take the exit toward 'Tatebayashi'. Follow the signs towards Tokyo, and then take the exit for Sumida City. Use a GPS or map application to navigate to Mirokuji at 1 Chome-4-13 Tatekawa, Sumida City, Tokyo. Be aware that there may be tolls on the expressway, which can range from 1,000 to 3,000 Yen depending on your exit.

Public Transportation
To reach Mirokuji via public transport, start by taking the Hitachi Line from Hitachi Station to Mito Station. Transfer to the Joban Line and head towards Ueno Station. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, switch to the Hibiya Line and take the train towards Naka-Meguro. Get off at 'Taito Station'. From Taito Station, you can either take a taxi directly to Mirokuji, which will cost around 1,500 Yen, or use local buses that service the area. The bus costs approximately 200 Yen.
