Getting There

  • Train

    Start by taking the JR Yokosuka Line from Tokyo Station. Board the train heading toward Zushi or Kurihama. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Get off at Kamakura Station. Once you arrive at Kamakura Station, exit the station and head towards the East Exit.

  • Bus

    After exiting Kamakura Station, look for the bus stop for the Kanagawa Chuo Kotsu bus. Take the bus heading to 'Kamakura-gu' or 'Hase Station'. This bus ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the 'Kamakura-gu' stop.

  • Walking

    After getting off the bus at Kamakura-gu, walk straight along the road. You will see signs directing you towards Okumiya. The shrine is located about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Continue walking until you reach 2 Chome-25-16 Sasuke, where Okumiya is situated.
