Start your journey by taking the JR Chuo Line from Tokyo Station or Shinjuku Station. If you're at Tokyo Station, board the train heading towards Takao. If you're at Shinjuku, board the train towards Mitaka and transfer to the Chuo Line. Stay on the train until you reach Ome Station. This ride takes approximately 1 hour.

Once you arrive at Ome Station, exit the station and look for the bus terminal located just outside. Take the Sawanoi Line bus towards Sawanoi. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Make sure to get off at the 'Sawanoi-en' bus stop.

After getting off the bus at the Sawanoi-en stop, you will find Seiryu Garden Sawanoi-en just a short walk away. Head towards the main entrance, which is approximately a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs to the garden entrance, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings as you approach.
