Train
If you're starting from Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line (the green line) towards Ueno. Stay on the train for about 15 minutes and get off at Nippori Station. From Nippori, transfer to the JR Joban Line and head towards Ueno. Alight at Nishi-Nippori Station, which is just one stop away. After exiting the station, follow the signs to the East Exit.
