If you're traveling by car from Tosa, head north on Route 56 towards Kochi City. Continue for approximately 50 km until you reach the Kochi Expressway. Merge onto the expressway and head towards Osaka. After about 150 km, take the exit for the Osaka area. Follow signs for Chuo Ward, and as you approach the city center, look for signs directing you to Osaka Castle. The castle is located at 1-1 Osakajo, Chuo Ward, Osaka, 540-0002. Parking is available around the castle, but be prepared for potential fees, typically around 500 yen per hour.

Public Transportation
For public transportation from Tosa, take the Tosa Kuroshio Railway from Tosa Station to Kochi Station. This journey takes about 30 minutes. From Kochi Station, transfer to the JR Shikoku Line and take a train towards Takamatsu. After approximately 2 hours, arrive at Osaka Station. From Osaka Station, switch to the Osaka Metro (Midosuji Line) and travel to the Shinsaibashi Station. At Shinsaibashi, change to the Chuo Line and get off at Tanimachi 4-chome Station. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Osaka Castle. Make sure to buy a one-day pass for the metro, which costs around 800 yen, allowing unlimited travel for the day.
