    From Miyanoura Port or Anbo, take the Tanegashima-Yakushima Kotsu bus to the Shiratani Unsuikyo entrance. The bus ride from Miyanoura Port takes about 35 minutes and costs approximately ¥630. From Anbo, the ride is approximately 30 minutes. Check the latest bus schedule as services are infrequent. From the bus stop, follow the walking directions to reach Ikoinoooiwa.

  • Taxi

    Taxis are available from Yakushima Airport or the main ports (Miyanoura and Anbo). A taxi ride to the Shiratani Unsuikyo entrance from Miyanoura Port will cost approximately ¥3,000 - ¥4,000 and take around 25 minutes. From Anbo, the taxi fare will be slightly lower. From there, follow the walking directions to reach Ikoinoooiwa.
