Getting There

    If you are driving, start from Yakushima Airport or the ferry terminal in Miyanoura. Head south on Route 78. Continue on Route 78 for approximately 15 minutes until you reach Miyanoura. The Yakushima Environmental and Cultural Village Center is located at 823-1 Miyanoura. Look for the sign indicating the center on your left. Parking is available on-site.

    From Yakushima Airport or Miyanoura Ferry Terminal, take the Yakushima Local Bus (Kagoshima Bus) towards Miyanoura. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as the frequency may vary.
