    If you are traveling by car, start from Yakushima Airport or your accommodation in Yakushima. Take Route 1 heading south towards Anbo. Continue on Route 1 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the junction for Route 112. Turn left onto Route 112, which will take you towards the coast. After about 5 kilometers, you will see a sign for Kokemusu Forest. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the forest entrance, where you can park your car. Make sure to check for any parking fees that may apply.

    For those using public transportation, take a bus from Yakushima Airport or your accommodation to Anbo. Look for the Yakushima Green Line Bus, which operates regularly.
