If you are traveling by car, make your way to Route 3, which is the main road on Yakushima. From the Yakushima Airport, head south on Route 3 towards Miyanoura. Continue on Route 3 for approximately 20 minutes, and you will reach Miyanoura. Once in Miyanoura, look for the sign for Yakunoyado Taguchi, located at 1235-33 Miyanoura. The inn will be on your right side. There is parking available on-site.

For those using public transportation, take the Yakushima bus from Yakushima Airport or any major bus stop. Look for the bus heading towards Miyanoura. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Ask the bus driver to let you know when you reach Miyanoura. Once you get off at the Miyanoura bus stop, Yakunoyado Taguchi is a short 5-minute walk. Head east on Route 3 and look for the sign at 1235-33 Miyanoura. Note that the bus fare is approximately 1,000 yen one way.

If you prefer a more direct route, taking a taxi is a convenient option. From Yakushima Airport, a taxi ride to Yakunoyado Taguchi will take about 20 minutes and will cost approximately 4,000 to 5,000 yen, depending on traffic. Just provide the address '1235-33 Miyanoura' to the driver.
