    If you are traveling by car, head towards Anbo from wherever you are in Yakushima. Use Route 3, which is the main road on the island. Follow the signs for Anbo and Yakusugi Museum. The museum is located at 2739-343 Anbo, Yakushima, Kumage District, Kagoshima 891-4311. There is parking available on-site, and it is free for visitors.

    If you prefer public transportation, take the Yakushima Town Bus. Board the bus heading towards Anbo. The journey will take approximately 30 to 40 minutes depending on your starting point. Get off at the 'Yakusugi Museum' bus stop. The museum is a short walk from the bus stop, and you should see signage directing you to the entrance.

    If you are already in Anbo, the Yakusugi Museum is easily accessible on foot. From the Anbo Port area, head southeast along Route 3 for about 1 kilometer. Follow the signs for the museum, which will be on your left. The walk should take around 15 to 20 minutes.
