If you are driving in Yakushima, take Route 1 (also known as the Yakushima main road) heading towards Miyanoura. From Miyanoura, continue on Route 1 for about 15 minutes until you reach the Mugio area. Look for the Guesthouse Yakushima at 922 Mugio on the right side of the road. There is parking available at the guesthouse.

For those using public transport, take a bus from Yakushima Airport or Miyanoura Port and board a bus bound for the 'Mugio' stop. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Mugio bus stop, walk approximately 5 minutes south along Route 1, and you will find Guesthouse Yakushima at 922 Mugio on your left.
