If you are driving from Zao Onsen, head southeast on Route 13. After approximately 10 minutes (about 8 km), you will reach the Zao Iroha Road entrance. Follow the road for another 6 km until you see signs for Iroha Marsh. There is a small parking area available near the marsh. Please note that parking may incur a fee of around 500 yen.

From Zao Onsen, take a local bus (Zao Onsen Line) heading toward Kaminoyama Onsen. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the Iroha Marsh stop.
