Start from the center of St. Lawrence, at the St. Lawrence Parish Hall. Head south towards La Route de St. Aubin. Turn left onto La Route de St. Aubin and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the edge of the coastline. Follow the signs towards the beach and continue walking along the shoreline until you reach the point where you can see Seymour Tower in the distance. The tower is situated on a small tidal island, so be aware of the tide times and plan your visit accordingly, as the path to the tower is only accessible at low tide.

If you are cycling, begin at the St. Lawrence Parish Hall and head south on La Route de St. Aubin. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the coast. From there, follow the coastal cycle path towards the east. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Seymour Tower.
