Walking
From the Petra Visitor Center, head towards the Siq, the narrow gorge that leads into Petra. Walk through the Siq, which is about 1.2 kilometers long. Once you exit the Siq, you will enter the main archaeological site. Continue straight ahead until you reach the Treasury, which is a famous landmark. From the Treasury, turn left and follow the path that leads to the Street of Facades. Walk past the Royal Tombs on the left until you reach a junction. At this junction, take a right turn, which will lead you towards the area of the Lion Triclinium. Keep walking until you see the Lion Triclinium, a large rock-cut tomb decorated with lion sculptures.
