Walking
If you are starting from the Petra Visitor Center, exit the center and head straight towards the main path leading into Petra. Follow the main trail, which is well-marked with signs. As you walk, you will pass the Siq, a narrow gorge that leads you deeper into Petra. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the Siq, where you will see the famous Al-Khazneh (The Treasury) in front of you. From the Treasury, turn left and follow the path uphill. You will see signs directing you towards the Nabatean Theatre. The theatre will be on your right after a short walk.
Walking
If you are starting from Al-Khazneh (The Treasury), face away from the Treasury and walk towards the path that leads uphill. Keep an eye out for the directional signs that indicate the Nabatean Theatre. Continue walking up the path; you'll find the theatre after a few minutes on your right side, just off the main trail. It's a slight detour but well worth it for the views.
Walking
If you are near the Royal Tombs, you can reach the Nabatean Theatre by walking downhill. From the Royal Tombs, walk down the hill towards the main path. As you descend, look for the signs pointing towards the theatre. The path will lead you directly to it, and you will find the theatre at a lower elevation compared to the tombs.
