Car
From Ras Al Naqb, head northeast on the main road (Route 15) towards Petra. After driving for approximately 30 km, you will reach the entrance to Petra. Pay the entry fee at the visitor center, which is around 50 JOD for a one-day pass. Once inside Petra, follow the signs towards the Siq and Treasury. After visiting the Treasury, continue on the path leading to the High Place of Sacrifice, which is about a 30-minute hike uphill. The path is well-marked and offers stunning views along the way.

Take a local bus from Ras Al Naqb to Petra. The bus usually departs from a central bus station in Ras Al Naqb, and the fare is approximately 5 JOD. The journey takes around 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Petra bus station, you will need to pay the entrance fee of about 50 JOD at the visitor center. After entering Petra, follow the signs to the Siq and Treasury. From there, continue towards the High Place of Sacrifice via the hiking path, which will take about 30 minutes.
