Turn left onto 6th Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Vermont Street. Turn right onto Vermont Street and keep walking until you reach the intersection with 9th Street. Turn left onto 9th Street, and then take a right onto New Hampshire Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 11th Street, then turn left. Walk straight, and you will come to the Lawrence Public Library on your right. The museum is just a short walk further down on New Hampshire Street.
