Walking
If you are in downtown Lawrence, start at the Massachusetts Street, which is the main street. Head east towards the intersection with 6th Street. Turn left onto 6th Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Vermont Street. Turn right onto Vermont Street and keep walking until you reach the intersection with 9th Street. Turn left onto 9th Street, and then take a right onto New Hampshire Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 11th Street, then turn left. Walk straight, and you will come to the Lawrence Public Library on your right. The museum is just a short walk further down on New Hampshire Street.
Public Bus
Locate the nearest bus stop that services the Lawrence Transit system. You can take the Route 1 bus that runs from downtown Lawrence to the Lawrence Children's Museum. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the stop at 9th and New Hampshire. From there, walk north on New Hampshire Street, and the museum will be straight ahead at 308 Congress St.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local rental shop. Start at the Lawrence River Trail and head towards downtown. Follow the trail until you reach the intersection with Massachusetts Street. Turn left onto Massachusetts Street, then take a right onto 6th Street. Continue until you reach Vermont Street and turn right. After a short distance, take a left onto 9th Street, then right onto New Hampshire Street. The museum will be on your left at 308 Congress St.
