Once you arrive at the Boston Bus Terminal, look for the Silver Line (SL1) towards South Station. Get off at the South Station stop. From there, it's a short walk: exit the station and head northeast on Atlantic Avenue towards the water. Continue walking until you reach the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Central Wharf, where you will find the aquarium.

Upon arrival at South Station, follow the signs to the subway. Take the Red Line towards Alewife and transfer to the Orange Line at Haymarket station. Get off at the Haymarket stop and walk towards the waterfront. Head down Atlantic Avenue and continue until you reach Central Wharf, where the aquarium is located.
