Walking
From downtown Lawrence, head east on Massachusetts Street until you reach 6th Street. Turn left on 6th Street and continue until you reach the Lawrence Public Library. Continue straight on 6th Street until you reach the intersection with Massachusetts Street. At this intersection, you can choose to take the bus or continue walking. If you choose to walk, keep going straight until you reach the intersection with 9th Street. Turn right on 9th Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Vermont Street. Turn left on Vermont Street and walk until you reach the bus stop at the corner of Vermont Street and 15th Street. Take the bus to the nearest stop to Monument Square in Charlestown, MA.
Public Transit
From downtown Lawrence, take the Lawrence Transit bus 'T' Route towards 31st & Iowa. Get off at the stop at 31st & Iowa. Transfer to the K-10 Connector bus towards Kansas City. Ride until you reach the Lawrence Transfer Station. From there, you will need to take a Greyhound or Amtrak bus service that heads towards Boston, Massachusetts. Upon arrival in Boston, take the subway's Orange Line towards Oak Grove and disembark at the Haymarket Station. From there, it's a short walk to the Bunker Hill Monument located at Monument Square, Charlestown, MA.
