    From the Massachusetts State House, head northeast on Beacon Street. Continue walking along Beacon Street for about 0.3 miles. You will pass by several historic buildings along the way. The William Hickling Prescott House is located at 55 Beacon St, on your left-hand side, just before the intersection with West Cedar Street.

    Public Transit

    Take the MBTA Green Line C train from the Park Street station (located near the State House) toward Kenmore. Get off at the Copley station. From Copley, exit the station and head northeast on Boylston Street. Turn left onto Charles Street and continue walking until you reach Beacon Street. Turn right on Beacon Street, and the William Hickling Prescott House will be on your left at 55 Beacon St.
