If you're traveling by car from the main entrance of Kolsai Lakes National Park, head southeast on the main park road towards Saty village. Keep following the signs for Ozero Kaindy. After about 10 more kilometers, you will arrive at the parking area near the lake. There is no entrance fee for Ozero Kaindy, but be prepared for a rough road in some areas.
