Car
If you are driving from Nyeri, take the Nyeri-Nairobi Highway (A2) heading towards Nairobi. Upon reaching the junction at Kabage, take the left turn towards the Aberdare National Park. Follow the road for approximately 15 kilometers until you see the signs leading to KWS Wandare Gate. The road is well-marked, and you may encounter wildlife, so drive cautiously. There is no entry fee for the road, but there will be a park entrance fee at the gate.

Public Transportation
From Nyeri Town, you can take a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Aberdare National Park. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to alight at the Kabage junction. The fare is around Ksh 100-150. Once you reach the Kabage junction, you can either walk or hire a motorbike to take you the remaining 15 kilometers to KWS Wandare Gate. Motorbike fares typically range from Ksh 200-300. Be sure to confirm the fare before starting your ride.
