Car
From Elgeyo Marakwet County, start your journey by heading towards Kabarnet town. If you're starting from the town of Iten, take the A1 road south towards Kabarnet. The distance is approximately 45 kilometers. Once you reach Kabarnet, follow the signs towards Lake Baringo. Continue on the B4 road for about 30 kilometers until you reach the junction leading to Lake Baringo. Follow the signs to the hot water springs, which are located at J3CM+7P7, Nosuguro.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transport, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Iten or any town in Elgeyo Escarpment to Kabarnet. The fare is around KSh 200-300, depending on your starting point. Once in Kabarnet, look for matatus heading towards Lake Baringo; they usually wait near the main bus stage. Confirm with the driver that they will drop you off at the hot water springs or as close as possible. The total journey may take about 2-3 hours depending on waiting times and road conditions.

Once you arrive at Lake Baringo, you may need to take a boat to reach the hot water springs if they are not accessible by land. Local fishermen offer boat rides for about KSh 1,500-2,000 per trip, which can accommodate up to 4 passengers. Make sure to negotiate the price before boarding and confirm the duration of the trip, as it can take around 30 minutes to reach the springs from the main landing area.
