    From Elgeyo Marakwet County, start your journey by heading towards Kabarnet town. If you're starting from the town of Iten, take the A1 road south towards Kabarnet. The distance is approximately 45 kilometers. Once you reach Kabarnet, follow the signs towards Lake Baringo. Continue on the B4 road for about 30 kilometers until you reach the junction leading to Lake Baringo. Follow the signs to the hot water springs, which are located at J3CM+7P7, Nosuguro.

    If you prefer public transport, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Iten or any town in Elgeyo Escarpment to Kabarnet. The fare is around KSh 200-300, depending on your starting point. Once in Kabarnet, look for matatus heading towards Lake Baringo; they usually wait near the main bus stage. Confirm with the driver that they will drop you off at the hot water springs or as close as possible. The total journey may take about 2-3 hours depending on waiting times and road conditions.
