From Malindi town center, head east on Moi Road towards Malindi Marine National Park. After about 1.5 kilometers, continue straight onto Mombasa-Malindi Road. Look for signs for Mida Creek. After about 3 kilometers, you'll reach the entrance of Mida Creek Bird Observatory. Lock your bike and walk towards the observatory, which is located at MXC7+9XC, Wetland, Mida.

If you're walking from Malindi town, start on Moi Road and proceed towards the coast. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn left onto Mombasa-Malindi Road. Follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers until you see signage for Mida Creek. The observatory is located at MXC7+9XC, Wetland, Mida. It will take roughly 1 hour to walk there.
