    From Naivasha town center, head southeast on Moi South Lake Road. Follow the road for about 10 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Longonot. Take the left turn towards Longonot and continue straight until you reach the entrance of Longonot National Park. The crater is about 7 kilometers from the entrance, so be prepared for a hike.

    Starting from Naivasha town, head to the main bus station and take a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Nakuru. Inform the driver you want to stop at Longonot. Once you arrive at the Longonot junction, follow the road signs towards Longonot National Park. It's about a 2-kilometer walk to the entrance of the park from the junction. The hike to the crater from the park entrance is about 7 kilometers.
