After approximately 10 kilometers, you will see a sign for Mt Longonot National Park. Turn left onto the road leading to the park entrance. The entrance is well-marked and features a parking area. The park entry fee is approximately 500 KES for adults and 200 KES for children.

For those using public transport, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Mount Longonot to Naivasha town. The fare is typically around 50-100 KES depending on the one you choose. Once in Naivasha, you can catch another matatu heading to the park entrance, which will cost about 50 KES. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at the Mt Longonot National Park entrance. The entrance fee is 500 KES for adults and 200 KES for children.

If you are feeling adventurous and would like to bike to the park, you can rent a bicycle in Mount Longonot. Start by heading northeast towards Naivasha on the Main Road (A104). After about 10 kilometers, look for the sign for Mt Longonot National Park and turn left onto the access road. The park is roughly 3 kilometers from the turn-off.
