From the Tsavo East National Park gate, drive towards Voi and look for the sign pointing towards Lumo Community Wildlife Conservancy. The conservancy is approximately 60 kilometers from the Tsavo East gate. Follow the well-marked roads until you reach the entrance of Lumo. Keep in mind that the roads can be rough, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

To reach Lumo Community Wildlife Conservancy via public transportation, you will need to first get to the town of Voi. From there, you can take a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Maktau. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Lumo Community Wildlife Conservancy. The matatu ride will cost approximately 200-300 KES (Kenyan Shillings) and takes about an hour. Once you get off, you may need to walk a short distance to the entrance of the conservancy, so be prepared with your luggage.
