If you are driving, start from the center of Phonsavan, the capital of Xiangkhoang Province. Take Route 7 heading south for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 1C. Turn left onto Route 1C and continue for about 15 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Xiang Ngeun, and follow the signs until you reach R52V+H9, which is the location of Nice village, bridge, and river view. Parking may be available near the village.

From Phonsavan, you can take a local bus to Xiang Ngeun. Buses leave regularly from the main bus station in Phonsavan. The journey takes about 1 to 1.5 hours and costs around 20,000 LAK (approximately $2.00 USD). Upon arriving in Xiang Ngeun, ask locals for directions to R52V+H9. It's a short walk from the bus drop-off point.
