Car
From central Rēzekne, head west on Rīgas iela (A12) towards Rīga. Continue on A12 for about 134 km until you reach the outskirts of Rīga. Take the exit for Pārdaugava and merge onto Tīnūžu iela. Follow this road until you reach a roundabout and take the second exit onto Akademijas laukums. The Latvian Academy of Sciences Observation deck will be on your left at Akademijas laukums 1.

Take a bus from Rēzekne to Rīga. The journey typically takes around 2.5 to 3 hours. Once you arrive at the Rīga International Bus Station, exit the station and head to the nearby tram stop. Take Tram 5 towards 'Mežaparks' and get off at 'Akademijas laukums'. The observation deck is a short walk from the tram stop, located at Akademijas laukums 1.

From Rēzekne, take a train towards Rīga. The train journey lasts about 2 to 2.5 hours. Upon arrival at Rīga Central Station, exit the station and proceed to the tram stop outside.
