    If you are at the city center, head to the closest tram stop. Look for tram lines 5 or 7, which run towards the direction of the National Library of Latvia. Board the tram and travel until you reach the 'Pārdaugava' stop. After getting off, walk along Mūkusalas iela for about 10 minutes; the library will be on your right at Mūkusalas iela 3.
