Getting There

Car
From Horsh Ehden Nature Reserve, head south on the main road towards the town of Ehden. Continue driving for approximately 8 kilometers until you reach the junction at the town of Qehmez. Turn right at the junction onto the road leading to Baydar el Chok. Follow this road for about 4 kilometers, and you will see the entrance to Jabal Moussa Biosphere Reserve on your left. Parking is available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Jabal Moussa from Horsh Ehden using public transportation, you will first need to take a shared taxi (service) from Ehden to Qehmez. You can find shared taxis near the central square of Ehden. The fare is approximately 2,000 LBP (Lebanese Pounds) per person. Once you arrive in Qehmez, you will need to walk about 1 kilometer to reach the entrance of Jabal Moussa Biosphere Reserve at Baydar el Chok, as public transport does not go directly to the reserve entrance.

If you are already in the Horsh Ehden Nature Reserve and prefer walking, you can exit the reserve and take the main road towards Qehmez. The distance is about 12 kilometers, which would take around 2.5 to 3 hours depending on your walking pace.
