To reach Partnunsee using public transport, take the Rhaetian Railway RhB from Landquart or Davos to Küblis. From Küblis, take the PostBus to St. Antönien. Some buses go to St. Antönien Rüti, while others go to St. Antönien Platz (village). From St. Antönien Rüti, you can take the Bus alpin to Partnun. From the Alpenrösli bus stop, it's about a 25-minute walk to the lake. Bus tickets for the PostBus and Bus Alpin typically cost between CHF 4-8 per ride.

From the Alpenrösli bus stop in Partnun, follow the signs towards Partnunsee. The trail is well-marked and takes approximately 25 minutes to reach the lake. To drive to Partnunsee, take the A13 to Landquart, then the A28 to Küblis. Turn left shortly after the roundabout towards Luzein, Pany, and St. Antönien. Continue to Partnun. Parking is available in St. Antönien, with all parking spaces subject to a fee. You can pay with cash, the Parkingpay app, or Twint. From the last parking lot (P6), it's about a 1-hour walk to the lake. Parking fees vary but expect to pay around CHF 5-10 for a day.
