Walking
If you're in downtown Bar Harbor, start at the Village Green. Head east on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Eden Street. Turn left onto Eden Street and walk north for about 0.5 miles. You'll see the entrance to Acadia National Park on your right. Continue walking along the road, and you will find the Ocean Path trailhead shortly after entering the park.

From downtown Bar Harbor, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops. Start at the Village Green and head east on Main Street. Take a left onto Eden Street and follow it north for approximately 0.5 miles. The entrance to Acadia National Park will be on your right. Once inside, follow the signs for Ocean Path, which is a scenic route along the coast.

Check the local shuttle schedule, as there are seasonal shuttles that run from downtown Bar Harbor to Acadia National Park. Board the shuttle at the designated stop on Main Street. Inform the driver that you're going to the Ocean Path trailhead. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the park entrance, follow the signs to the Ocean Path.
