Walking
From the center of South Portland, head north on Main Street towards the Casco Bay Bridge. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Broadway. Turn left onto Broadway. Walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Ocean Street. Turn right on Ocean Street and continue walking until you see the ferry terminal on your left. Follow the signs for the Eastern Promenade Trail, which will lead you onto the ferry terminal area and then onto the scenic path that takes you along the waterfront.
