If you are in South Portland, a great starting point is the South Portland Public Library located at 482 Broadway. From there, head northeast on Broadway towards the bridge. Cross over the bridge into Portland. Once you reach the other side, continue straight onto Congress St. After a few blocks, turn left onto Park Ave. Continue on Park Ave until you reach the corner with Valley St. Turn right onto Valley St, and you will find Western Promenade just ahead on your left.

From South Portland, you can take the South Portland Bus Line (#21) towards Portland. Board the bus at any stop along Broadway and ride until you reach the 'Congress St + Park Ave' stop. From there, exit the bus and walk west on Congress St until you reach Park Ave. Turn left on Park Ave and walk until you reach Valley St. Turn right onto Valley St, and Western Promenade will be on your left.
