If you are driving from the Zomba city center, head south on M3 road towards the Zomba Plateau. Continue for about 5 kilometers until you reach the location marked as J899+FW9. The Zomba Golf Club will be on your right side as you approach it. There is ample parking available at the club.

To reach Zomba Golf Club using public transportation, you can take a minibus from Zomba city center heading towards the Zomba Plateau. Look for minibuses that have 'Zomba Plateau' or 'Chikala' written on them. The fare is usually around 500 MWK. Request the driver to drop you off at the turn-off for the golf club, which is approximately 5 kilometers from the city center. After getting off, walk about 500 meters down the M3 road, and you will find the Zomba Golf Club on your right.
