If you are starting from the famous Komtar building, head south on Jalan Penang for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Jalan Gurdwara. Turn left onto Jalan Gurdwara and continue walking for approximately 300 meters. You will find the Street art - Three-eyed dragon located on the wall of a building at 31A, Jalan Gurdwara, easily recognizable by its vibrant colors and unique design.

From the popular Penang Street Art area around Armenian Street, head northeast towards Jalan Gurdwara. Walk along Armenian Street until you reach the junction with Jalan Gurdwara. Turn right onto Jalan Gurdwara and walk for about 600 meters. The Three-eyed dragon street art is located at 31A, Jalan Gurdwara, just on your left.

If you are at the Penang Peranakan Mansion, exit the mansion and head north on Jalan Tun Syed Sheh Barakbah. Continue straight until you reach Jalan Gurdwara. Turn right onto Jalan Gurdwara and walk approximately 400 meters. The street art should be on your right at 31A, Jalan Gurdwara.
