Shahbandar Jetty is situated directly on the waterfront, and you should see signs indicating its location.

  Look for local bus services that operate in Kuala Terengganu. You can catch a bus heading towards the city center or specifically to Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin. Once you reach the bus stop closest to Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin, disembark and follow the street on foot. The jetty is located along this road by the waterfront.
